O’Melveny & Myers LLP has hired capital markets attorney Wang Zhenya as counsel in its Hong Kong office. Wang, who joined from Paul Hastings, specializes in advising on Reg S and 144A equity and debt offerings, as well as onshore and offshore mergers and acquisitions.
