Mergermarket: Rishi Tea & Botanicals Secures Investment From SBJ Capital

SBJ Capital, a private equity firm, announced its investment in Rishi Tea & Botanicals, a Milwaukee-based branded specialty and organic tea and botanicals producer. An O’Melveny team led by partners Rob Graffum, Ike Chidi, and Alex Anderson, counsel Zach Greenberg, and associate Sarah Nelson served as legal advisor to SBJ Capital.
