Law360: O’Melveny Adds Ex-Wilson Sonsini M&A Pro in Silicon Valley

O’Melveny announced a high-profile new addition to the firm’s M&A practice—Bradley L. Finkelstein, a Wilson Sonsini mergers and acquisitions partner of more than 23 years, this article reported. 

“Coming to O’Melveny is sort of an M&A lawyer’s dream come true,” Finkelstein noted, adding that he was attracted to the firm’s global culture and client base. He will focus his practice on representing multinational technology and financial companies in M&A deals. 

“Brad Finkelstein is a brand name in Silicon Valley deal circles, and his sterling credentials and high-stakes experience will benefit our clients,” said Brophy Christensen, co-chair of O’Melveny’s corporate department.
