Reuters: O’Melveny adds M&A heavy-hitter from Wilson Sonsini amid deal bonanza

On the heels of adding two prominent technology M&A partners, O’Melveny also secured the addition of leading M&A partner Bradley Finkelstein from Wilson Sonsini, Reuters reported. 

Finkelstein has advised on several multibillion-dollar tech industry deals, including both hostile and negotiated, and governance and disclosure matters.

David Makarechian, chair of O’Melveny’s emerging technologies group, called Finkelstein’s arrival a “very strong one-two punch” in conjunction with the firm’s recent addition of Adit Khorana and Daniel Wu, “two of the most well-known people in Silicon Valley.

Makarechian also noted that the firm plans to continue hiring corporate partners, including more West Coast-based hires and continued growth in Texas.
