O’Melveny’s Gabriel L. Olivera Selected for the International Insolvency Institute’s NextGen Leadership Program

O’Melveny counsel Gabriel L. Olivera has been selected for the International Insolvency Institute’s (the “III”) NextGen Leadership Program in Toronto, Canada. Gabriel is one of 25 individuals selected globally for the five-year program. The NextGen Leadership Program was established in 2012 and recognizes the most prominent “Rising Stars” in the international insolvency area. NextGen members have opportunities to create scholarship, participate in regional conferences, contribute papers, and network at different III events around the world.
III’s goal is to advance and promote insolvency as a respected international discipline. Its primary objectives include improving international cooperation in the insolvency area and achieving greater coordination among nations in multinational business reorganizations and restructurings.
