Reuters: Law Firm O’Melveny Hires NY Deal Maker from Rival Pillsbury

Mergers and acquisitions and private equity attorney Brian McKenna has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in New York. McKenna advises companies, financial institutions, and private equity and venture capital funds, with an emphasis on the technology, financial services, fintech, and media sectors. Last week, O’Melveny announced that former Biden White House chief of staff Ron Klain joined the firm as a partner. The firm has also added corporate finance partners in London and New York recently.
