Reuters: NY Federal Prosecutor Joins Employment Team at Law Firm O’Melveny

Former assistant US attorney for the Southern District of New York Natasha Waglow Teleanu has been hired by O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in New York. Waglow Teleanu, who began her career as an associate at O’Melveny, is joining the firm’s labor and employment group and will advise clients on workplace investigations and employment litigation. O’Melveny chair Bradley J. Butwin said that Waglow Teleanu will be an “immediate asset” to the firm’s clients. O’Melveny hired Rebecca Mermelstein, a former federal prosecutor and co-chief of the general crimes unit in the Southern District of New York, in November 2022.
