Rising Star: O’Melveny’s Brian P. Quinn

O’Melveny counsel Brian Quinn has been named to Law360's 2023 list of “Rising Stars,” which recognizes “attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments belie their age.” Quinn said that being on the O’Melveny team that successfully defended former Pilgrim's Pride CEO Jayson Penn in three criminal antitrust trials was the proudest moment of his career thus far. “When they read out that verdict of not guilty, I really felt like I had made a mark. And that we had collectively done something fantastic for our client, and we had been able to deliver for him and his family. There's nothing quite like it,” Quinn said.
