The Deal: FuboTV, Ryan Reynolds Form Production Team

FuboTV Inc. and Ryan Reynold’s production company, Maximum Effort Productions Inc., have announced an agreement that will give Reynolds a stake in the sports-centric streaming TV platform. As part of the production deal, FuboTV will give Maximum Effort US$30 million of stock over two years. O’Melveny & Myers LLP served as legal advisor to FuboTV.
