O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced today that M&A and private equity attorney Brian F. McKenna joined the firm as a partner in New York in its Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. McKenna advises public and private companies, private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds on various transactions, focusing on private company M&A and private equity investments. McKenna is the thirteenth lateral partner that O’Melveny has hired in New York and Washington, DC in the past year.
