Matthew Syrkin has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP in New York as a partner and co-chair of its media-tech group. Syrkin previously founded and chaired the media, technology, and commercial transactions group at Hughes Hubbard & Reed. He has worked with clients including Sotheby’s Inc., Roku Inc., and Warner Media LLC, among other companies.
