O’Melveny partner Matthew Syrkin has been named to The National Law Journal’s third annual list of Sports, Gaming, & Entertainment Trailblazers, which honors “professionals who are agents of change in their respective practice areas.” The National Law Journal recognized Syrkin for his work that has led to innovative changes at the intersection of business, media, and technology. “I’ve learned to recognized patterns, to anticipate and identify disruptive technologies, and ultimately adjust to new business realities,” Syrkin said. “The only constant is change. When I look to the future, the one thing that we can be assured of is that the media and technology space will continue to converge, be disrupted, and ultimately evolve into something more exciting that we can even imagine.”
