American Bankruptcy Institute Recognizes Taylor as a 2019 “40 Under 40” Honoree

SAN FRANCISCO—October 15, 2019—The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) has named partner Jennifer Taylor to its 2019 “40 Under 40” class, which recognizes “insolvency professionals who are committed to the highest standards of achievement at work and in their communities.” With more than 12,000 members, ABI is the nation’s largest association of bankruptcy professionals.
Taylor was among 40 lawyers selected nationwide from more than 350 candidates. Each candidate was evaluated by a twelve-judge steering committee composed of experienced professionals from ABI’s current leadership.
An accomplished member of O’Melveny’s restructuring practice, Taylor represents clients in connection with workout transactions and Chapter 11 reorganizations. She also regularly represents investors in connection with distressed acquisitions of businesses and debt.
In addition to her practice, Taylor is a regular author and speaker on bankruptcy topics. She was recommended by Legal 500 in 2017, and has been previously recognized as a “Rising Star” by Law360, the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, and Law & Politics Media Inc.
