BTI Ranks O’Melveny as a “Standout” in Multiple Areas of Litigation; Names Firm to its “Fearsome Honor Roll”

NEW YORK—October 18, 2018—BTI Consulting Group’s Litigation Outlook 2019 report ranks O’Melveny a “Standout” in four separate areas of litigation and names the firm to its “Fearsome Honor Roll.” Specifically, O’Melveny was named a “Standout” firm in these areas:

• Class Action Litigation
• Securities Litigation
• Complex Employment Litigation
• Complex Commercial Litigation

O’Melveny is also one of 28 firms comprising BTI’s Fearsome Honor Roll, the list of law firms companies say they fear most in litigation. The survey is the result of more than 350 telephone interviews conducted between January 11 and August 28 with legal decision makers at companies with US$1 billion or more in revenue in the US, according to BTI.

These recognitions follow other recent accolades from BTI.
