Daily Journal Features Snyder in 2019 List of “Top Trade Secrets Lawyers”

San Francisco—October 11, 2019—Darin Snyder, O’Melveny’s Regional Head of Litigation for Northern California, has been included in the Daily Journal’s list of 2019 “Top Trade Secrets Lawyers.” The list features the top eighteen lawyers practicing trade secrets law in California.
In his award profile, the Daily Journal recognized Snyder as “one of the top attorneys technology titans seek for counsel with trade secrets matters.” The publication noted that he has advised many prominent clients on multi-million-dollar patent and trade secret cases. Currently, he is preparing for an October [now January 2020] trial where he’ll be defending a customer services software provider in three consolidated cases that involve trade secret misappropriation, copyright, and patent infringement claims, the Daily Journal wrote.
In addition to his extensive client work, Snyder is the co-author of “Trade Secrets and Corporate Strategy” and of two statistical analyses of trade secrets cases. He also recently served as the co-chair of the Daily Journal’s 2019 Trade Secret Conference in Silicon Valley.
