O’Melveny Represents Sponsors and Underwriters in Hong Kong IPO of Huafang Group Inc.

HONG KONG, DECEMBER 12, 2022 — O’Melveny recently represented Haitong International Capital Limited and CCB International Capital Limited as joint sponsors, and CCB International Capital Limited and Haitong International Securities Company Limited as the overall coordinators, sponsor-overall coordinators and joint global coordinators, together with other joint bookrunners, joint lead managers and other underwriters in the initial public offering and listing of Huafang Group Inc. (3611.HK) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. O’Melveny acted as their counsel as to Hong Kong and U.S. laws.
Huafang Group Inc. operates one of the leading online entertainment live streaming platforms in China, offering video- and audio-based live entertainment and social networking services to its users.
