Law360 Recognizes Dubeck, Lens, Mitchell, and Siegel as 2019 MVPs

NEW YORK—November 12, 2019—Law360 has recognized O’Melveny partners Elizabeth Dubeck, Molly Lens, Nancy Mitchell, and Robert Siegel as 2019 MVPs in their respective practice areas: Project Finance, Media & Entertainment, Bankruptcy, and Transportation.

Dubeck represents both public and private project sponsors, developers, and investors in complex infrastructure-related transactions, particularly those involving transportation infrastructure assets such as airports, seaports, and rail facilities. Her work involves all aspects of infrastructure projects, including development, construction, operations, and financing, including for some of the largest and most innovative projects across the country. Lens is a highly skilled and accomplished litigator specializing in complex civil litigation, contract disputes, intellectual property, copyright, and trademark matters, business torts, class actions, arbitration, securities matters, and regulatory investigations related to the entertainment, media, and financial services industries. Mitchell advises debtors, acquirers, and creditors on complex restructurings, workouts, and Chapter 11 proceedings, drawing on more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer and an investment banker. She has counseled clients on some of the largest and most complex bankruptcies and restructurings, including ad hoc bondholders in General Motors and AbitibiBowater, and Satélites Mexicanos in its chapter 11 reorganization, as well as her ongoing representation of Puerto Rico government agencies in the largest in-court restructuring in US history.
