O'Melveny Represents Sponsor and Underwriters in Hong Kong IPO of Lushang Life Services

HONG KONG—JULY 8, 2022—O’Melveny recently represented ABCI Capital Limited as sole sponsor, joint global coordinators including China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and other underwriters in the initial public offering and listing of the H shares of Lushang Life Services Co., Ltd (2376.HK) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Lushang Life Services is a comprehensive property management service provider, with a market leading position in Shandong Province. It ranked first in terms of proportion of value-added services revenue in 2021 among property management companies headquartered in Shandong Province, and was recognized as an “Outstanding Enterprise in the Property Management Industry with Diversified Operations in 2021” and one of the “Leading Property Management Brands in Specialized Operations in 2021”, according to China Index Academy.
