O’Melveny Welcomes Acclaimed London Corporate Finance Partner Greg Campbell

LONDON—April 19, 2023—O’Melveny announced today that acclaimed finance and restructuring lawyer Greg Campbell has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in its Corporate Finance Practice Group, strengthening O’Melveny’s cross-border capabilities while also expanding the firm’s capacity in London and across the European market.
Campbell is a trusted advisor to public and private companies, banks, and private equity and credit funds on cross-border acquisitions and leveraged finance, real estate finance, restructuring, and distressed and special-situations transactions. He also advises on regulatory concerns, including anti-money laundering and sanctions-related matters.
Campbell brings more than 25 years of experience to O’Melveny. His practice spans an array of industries, including financial services, private equity, real estate, REITs, infrastructure, technology, aerospace, and health care. He comes to O’Melveny from the London office of Gibson Dunn, where he was a member of that firm’s Global Finance and Business Restructuring Practices.

Campbell earned his B.A. and M.A. from Merton College, Oxford with First Class Honors. He earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) from University College London. He is qualified to practice in the UK, Ireland, and New York.
