Alexander Witschey offers strategic guidance to clients across all phases of acquisition, development, construction, and sale of power generation, wind, solar, battery storage and downstream chemical projects, as well as related commercial transactions. He frequently represents tax equity investors in renewable energy projects and counsels clients on the development of data centers, including traditional, artificial intelligence (AI), and cryptocurrency-focused facilities, along with related commercial transactions.

Alex brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions involving assets and equity in renewable energy projects, such as geothermal, as well as conventional energy with an emphasis on petrochemicals. His experience extends to a broad range of commercial transactions in these industries, including power purchase agreements, long-term feedstock supply and offtake agreements, as well as operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, and an array of attendant services agreements.
