Alexander Witschey represents clients in the midstream and downstream oil and gas, power generation, and renewable energy industries on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

Alex advises clients throughout the process of completing master services agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and confidentiality agreements, as well as equity purchase and sale agreements.

Alex’s experience also extends to negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts in the energy sector, including crude oil gathering agreements, pipeline capacity leases, terminal storage and services agreements, and crude oil and refined product procurement and marketing agreements. His energy project experience additionally includes engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, operation and maintenance services agreements, development services agreements, and transition services agreements.
