Amit Itai represents emerging technology companies and investors in a broad range of transactional and general corporate matters, including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, private equity financing, and technology licensing.
Amit is also a member of O’Melveny’s Artificial Intelligence group and advises clients on a broad range of AI related matters.
As a member of both the California and Israel Bar, Amit has substantial experience working with Israeli and international clients from a variety of industries and technology areas, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, SaaS, life sciences, and healthcare.
As a member of O’Melveny’s Data Security and Privacy group, Amit also advises clients on issues such as GDPR and CCPA compliance, and data breach laws.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Amit was a senior in-house counsel in one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and practiced at a leading Israeli law firm.
