Arjun Shenoy represents clients in a broad range of industries, including aviation, health care, insurance, and entertainment. He has significant experience briefing dispositive motions and appeals, and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial. Recently, he played a key role on the O’Melveny trial team that secured the first Sherman Act Section 2 victory in a two-sided market case since the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in Ohio v. American Express Co.
In addition to his litigation experience, Arjun has counseled clients on various matters, including a Department of Justice merger investigation and Alien Tort Statute liability. He maintains a pro bono practice focused on immigration issues.
