Ben Hallmark focuses his practice on administrative law and litigation matters, including contested cases before state agencies such as the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Railroad Commission of Texas. He has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters involving energy issues, deceptive trade practice claims, trade secrets, and other complex commercial issues. Ben has also handled appeals in the Texas Supreme Court and various Texas Courts of Appeals.

  • Obtained dismissal of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act claim against Retail Electric Provider

  • Represented a large electrical cooperative in a breach of contract case against an electricity supplier
