Brittany Rogers focuses her practice on securities, corporate governance, and complex business litigation, including the defense of securities class actions, derivative suits, and fiduciary duty litigation. In addition to representing clients in state and federal courts—at the trial level and on appeal—she also represents companies, boards, and special committees in government and internal investigations. Brittany works to achieve favorable solutions to her clients’ most important concerns, emphasizing teamwork, efficiency, and the primacy of clients’ business goals.
Brittany serves on the Los Angeles office’s Employment Committee, and in 2017, she received O’Melveny’s highest honor, the Warren Christopher Values Award, which recognized her commitment to excellence, leadership, and citizenship. Brittany’s pro bono practice focuses on impact litigation concerning pressing social issues. Outside of O’Melveny, Brittany is a Board Member of the Federal Bar Association, Los Angeles Chapter.
