Cassandra Seto is a litigator with vast experience in copyright and intellectual property issues, complex contract disputes, and business torts. She represents entertainment and media companies including motion picture and television studios, publishing companies, and satellite radio broadcasters, among others.
Cassandra is also actively involved with O’Melveny’s pro bono program. She has advised UCLA’s student newspaper, The Daily Bruin, on issues relating to media law, taught a clinic at UCLA Law School in appellate advocacy, and represented clients in a variety of matters involving educational advocacy, mental health awareness, domestic violence, guardianship, and adoption.

- Representing a well-known boxer in proceedings before the California Athletic Commission and on appeal
- Representing an all-star baseball player in a complex partnership dispute
- Representing a leading energy company in various commercial litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels
