David Iden is a litigator who represents companies in a wide range of industries, including banking, technology, education, and telecommunications. David is a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense & Corporate Investigations Practices. He also devotes considerable time to pro bono matters, representing individuals seeking asylum protection and/or special immigrant juvenile status.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, David served as a law clerk to the Honorable Beverly Reid O’Connell of the US District Court for the Central District of California. He graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he served as managing editor of Pepperdine Law Review and was a research and writing advisor to first-year students. Before law school, David spent three years as a professional baseball player in the Los Angeles Dodgers’ organization. David currently serves on Pepperdine Law’s Dean’s Council and mentors law students via Pepperdine’s Preceptor Program.
