Jeffrey A. Barker has tried numerous high-stakes cases that have commanded national and international media attention. Jeff’s practice spans multiple industries and his clients include household names in the entertainment, apparel, consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and oil and gas industries.

Although Jeff’s practice focuses on advertising and intellectual property matters, he has spent much of his career prosecuting and defending complex actions involving intricate financial and accounting issues in a variety of business contexts.
