- Represented ERM Group, Inc. in several of its acquisitions of sustainability and governance consulting businesses
- Represented a portfolio company of Britton Hill Partners in the sale of its majority stake in Hawker Pacific Airservices Limited to Jet Aviation
- Represented an energy company in its initial registration with the SEC and listing on the NYSE following its spinoff from a parent corporation
- Represented an energy company in numerous private offerings of senior notes and senior secured notes totaling more than US$6.5 billion in aggregate proceeds to fund the tender, redemption, and retirement of outstanding debt
