Patric Reinbold is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. Patric focuses his practice on intellectual property matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Patric served as a judicial law clerk to the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board where he drafted bench memoranda, orders, and decisions for AIA trials and appeals. Patric also worked for NASA where, among other things, he drafted utility patent claims, nonprovisional applications, and performed other patent-related work. Before attending law school, Patric worked as a mechanical engineer for several companies. His technical experience spans multiple industries including renewable fuel, industrial design, instrumentation, fabrication, and assembly.
