Sarah Higgins is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. Sarah represents a broad range of clients in complex litigation matters including consumer class actions, fraud, and contract disputes. She has advised clients through the discovery process, and has drafted numerous briefs, motions, and other court filings. Sarah also has experience advising clients through internal investigations and government inquiries.
Sarah received her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she served as a student fellow in the law school’s Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement. While in law school, she interned as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Offices for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York.
