For over two decades Sevda Staykova has been advising on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions in the UK and a number of other European countries.

Sevda has a wealth of experience advising buyers and sellers in private sales and acquisitions as well as corporate issuers in the US private placement market. She also represents investors on post-completion integration and reorganisation transactions.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Sevda worked at another AmLaw 50 firm.
