Shay Reif is a litigation counsel in O’Melveny’s Century City office. She represents clients in a wide range of complex matters, including trademark disputes and prosecution, insurance actions, and contract claims. She also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on trademark and reproductive rights matters.

Shay graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was a Levy Scholar.
