Xiaoqiu Huang is a highly experienced capital markets and M&A lawyer, with a strong track record advising on complex cross-border transactions, IPOs, and post-listing compliance matters both in Hong Kong and the U.S. He has represented issuers and underwriters in numerous equity and debt offerings, including Hong Kong and U.S. IPOs, follow-on offerings, and convertible note transactions, across sectors such as TMT, advanced manufacturing, consumer, and healthcare.
His experience also extends to advising foreign private issuers on U.S. securities law compliance, corporate governance, and ongoing regulatory matters, as well as helping clients in significant cross-border M&A and going-private transactions.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Xiaoqiu spent nearly a decade in the Shanghai and Hong Kong offices of other prominent international law firms.
Xiaoqiu is admitted to practice in New York and has passed the PRC bar exam.
