O’Melveny Wins Three China Business Law Awards, Led by Capital Markets and Antitrust

HONG KONG—MAY 28, 2026—O’Melveny has received a trio of top practice recognitions from the China Business Law Journal (“CBLJ”)’s China Business Law Awards 2026. The awards include the following practices:
- Capital Markets (Hong Kong & Overseas);

These recognitions, selected through a rigorous, months-long evaluation of firm submissions and client assessments, underscore O'Melveny's sustained excellence across key practice areas serving the China market. Our Asia capital markets practice has been particularly active, completing more than 30 transactions from 2025 to date, including multiple landmark deals spanning the life sciences, AI and consumer sectors. According to the latest report by Ryanben Capital, O'Melveny ranks fourth for Hong Kong IPO deal count as Hong Kong counsel over the 24-month period through April 2026, reflecting the firm's leading position among the most active practices in the region.
