O'Melveny Named to Bloomberg Law’s Third Annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework

NEW YORK—July 20, 2023—O'Melveny has been named to Bloomberg Law’s third annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Framework. O’Melveny is one of 55 US-based law firms recognized by the publication for “its level of disclosure of diversity-related metrics and distinguished performance against six core pillars: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity and inclusion in the community."

- Business Innovation and Strategy: 85 (average 62)
- Recruitment and Retention: 70 (average 54)
- Marketing and Diversity & Inclusion in the Community: 68 (average 67)
- Leadership and Talent Pipeline: 50 (average 44)
