O’Melveny was featured in The American Lawyer’s July 19 edition of its Litigator of the Week “Runners-Up and Shout-Outs” column. The publication highlighted the O'Melveny team that successfully defended Tubi Inc. and Fox Corp. against pay equity and gender discrimination claims brought under California’s Equal Pay Act and Fair Employment and Housing Act by Tubi’s former chief people officer, Sarah Ekstrom. The O’Melveny team was led by partner Molly Lens and included partner Susannah Howard, counsel Charles Mahoney, and associates Lauren Averill and Katja Kukielski.
