O’Melveny & Myers LLP was featured in The American Lawyer’s April 12 edition of its “Litigator of the Week: Runners-Up and Shout Outs” column. The publication highlighted an O’Melveny team that secured summary judgment for Paramount Pictures in its legal battle with the family of Ehud Yonay, who alleged that “Top Gun: Maverick” infringed on the copyright of an article that inspired the original “Top Gun” movie. The O’Melveny team was led by partner Molly Lens and included counsel Danielle Feuer and Matthew Kaiser, and associate Ana Pena.
