O’Melveny & Myers LLP advised CJ ENM on its US$775 million acquisition of a majority stake in Endeavor Content, a US-based production advisory, sales, and distribution studio. CJ ENM, a Korean entertainment company, is best-known globally for producing the Academy Award-winning film “Parasite.” The O’Melveny team advising CJ ENM was led by partners Daniel Kim and Amy Siegel and included partners Silvia Vannini and counsel Rob Catmull and Zach Greenberg.
