O’Melveny advised Pando, a global leader in supply chain technology, on its US$30 million Series B funding round. The funding was announced on May 3, bringing Pando’s total capital raised so far to US$45 million. The funding round was led by Iron Pillar and Uncorrelated Ventures, with participation from existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, Chiratae Ventures, and Next47. Multiple angel investors also participated in this round, including Paul Brown, Tom Noonan, David Dorman, Skott Kirk, Nick Mehta, and Amar Goel. The O’Melveny team was led by partner David Makarechian, head of the firm’s Emerging Technologies Group, and counsel AJ Talt and Martin Mayo. Partner Robert Fisher advised on tax issues.
