O’Melveny represented Goldman Sachs & Co LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as underwriters of a two million-share common stock offering by SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. A global leader in smart energy technology, SolarEdge intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions. The offering was announced on March 22, 2022 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
