O’Melveny advised Dataprise, a premier provider of managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud solutions, on its acquisition of RevelSec, a security-first managed service provider headquartered in Texas. The transaction, which was announced on June 21, will further expand Dataprise's national footprint and add high-value vertical expertise while providing RevelSec clients access to Dataprise’s broad portfolio of powerhouse services. The O'Melveny team was led by partner and Dallas office head Chrissy Metcalf and associate Kelsey French and included partners Kim Williams and Ryan Cicero, counsel Cody Dreibelbis and associate Sarah Nelson.
