Rebeca Guzman is a litigation staff attorney in O’Melveny’s Houston office. She has represented clients in various industries such as renewable energy, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and car manufacturing. Rebeca has experience in litigating and defending complex cases from inception, trial and appeal. She is well-versed in the efficient administration of all aspects of discovery. She also is bilingual and has assisted clients based in Latin America and Europe to litigate, arbitrate and defend claims in the United States and in arbitration.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Rebeca was a staff attorney in the Houston office of a multinational law firm, where she focused on written advocacy and discovery in arbitrations, complex commercial litigation, antitrust and consumer class action cases. Before she was an attorney, she spent close to a decade in various business operations roles at Fortune 500 companies. She is also a veteran of the United States Air Force Reserve.
