O’Melveny advised Bagdasarian Productions in its sale of a 25% stake of the 68-year-old “Alvin and the Chipmunks” franchise to Big Shot Pictures, the family-entertainment company led by former Paramount Pictures co-chief executive Brian Robbins. The O’Melveny team advising Bagdasarian Productions was led by partner Amy Siegel, co-head of the firm’s Entertainment and Media Group, partners Silvia Vannini and Robert Fisher, counsel Cailey Cavanaugh and Erin Kim, and associate Michael Perlmutter.
