NEW YORK—May 7, 2025—O’Melveny advised Blackstone Products (“Blackstone”) in connection with its business combination with Weber LLC (“Weber”).
On May 5, Weber and Blackstone announced the completion of their business combination following the receipt of all regulatory approvals. The combined entity, Weber Blackstone, will be well-positioned as the global leader in outdoor cooking with two distinct brands, complementary product lineups, a commitment to quality and continuous innovation, and a deep focus on its retail partners and consumers.
Weber is recognized as an iconic global barbecue brand, with a 70-year-plus history of delivering exceptional quality, innovation and consumer value. It offers grill products, including charcoal, gas, smokers, pellet, and accessories, and services to customers in more than 70 countries. Blackstone, founded in 2008, is a pioneer in outdoor griddles, known for high-quality, easy-to-use, and affordable griddle products and outdoor cooking accessories.
Going forward, the combined company will be positioned to provide consumers with an expanded portfolio of high-quality outdoor cooking offerings while maintaining two distinct brands.
