O’Melveny Highly Ranked in Benchmark Litigation US 2025

NEW YORK—October 7, 2024—O’Melveny earned top honors for eight of its practice areas and 45 of its lawyers from Benchmark Litigation, a guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys.
O’Melveny was ranked in the areas of Antitrust & Competition; Commercial Litigation; Dispute Resolution; Insurance; Labor & Employment; and Securities. Two of those practice areas were ranked in Benchmark’s “Tier 1:” Commercial Litigation (National) and Labor & Employment (National). O’Melveny was also highly recommended for Dispute Resolution in California and Dispute Resolution in Washington, DC.
