NEW YORK—October 30, 2025—O’Melveny earned top honors for eight of its practice areas and 47 of its lawyers from Benchmark Litigation, a guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys.
O’Melveny was ranked in the areas of Antitrust & Competition; Commercial Litigation; Dispute Resolution; Insurance; Labor & Employment; and Securities. One of those practice areas was ranked in Benchmark’s “Tier 1:” Labor & Employment (National).
